You have to be selfish in helping yourself to be selfless in helping others. You must take care of you and put yourself first to be able to show up your best for everyone around you. Because your relationship with your mind and body dictates every single out come in your life. This is what decides your future. 



We understand this as business owners, parents, and individuals, which our why for creating a facility to serve the self care need. Coming from all walks of life from combat vet to mental battles to physical disability, we know support for longevity of overall health and wellness is lacking.


One of the largest barriers to entry in the health and wellness space is the financial cost. We created a model that creates access to modalities that will make an impact on your long term mental and physical health and wellness. 



The impact Freedom Longevity & Wellness LKN aspires to make is much bigger than the therapies we offer. We understand things are caught not taught, meaning when you see the results of creating a plan around the use of the facility it will allow you to rise to the challenge in other facets of your life. Ultimately creating solid habits, breaking generational taught habits. That’s the impact our facility intents to have on our local community.
