Infrared Sauna
Unlike traditional heat exposure, infrared sauna penetrates deeper into muscles, joints, and connective tissue, making it effective for both recovery and long-term wellness.
Infrared sauna, cold plunge, hyperbaric oxygen, red light. Terrell, North Carolina.
Hot then cold
Heat opens you up. Cold shuts you down and wakes you back up. Doing both in the same hour is the whole point, and it is why one session feels different from an hour in a hot tub.
Everything in the building is built around that swing, and around getting you back in next week.

What's inside
Guided recovery. Natural healing. Long-term wellness. Freedom is a recovery and wellness facility designed to help your body heal, move better and feel stronger. Naturally. Use one. Use all of them. Your membership covers the room, not a single machine.
Unlike traditional heat exposure, infrared sauna penetrates deeper into muscles, joints, and connective tissue, making it effective for both recovery and long-term wellness.
Cold plunge helps the body reset, recover, and adapt. Rather than masking symptoms, cold exposure works by triggering internal systems that regulate inflammation, circulation, and the nervous system.
Hyperbaric therapy helps optimize oxygen delivery at the cellular level, accelerating healing and supporting recovery processes that the body may struggle to complete on its own.
Red Light Therapy supports the body's ability to heal from the inside out. By improving cellular energy production and reducing oxidative stress, red light therapy supports both acute recovery and chronic wellness needs.
Every cell in the body relies on electrical signals to function properly. Pulse PEMF therapy helps restore healthy cellular signaling, allowing the body to heal and regulate more efficiently.
Many people experience stagnation of blood flow and lymphatic fluid due to prolonged sitting, standing, training, or daily stress. Compression therapy provides a passive yet highly effective way to restore healthy circulation without adding physical strain.
Vibration therapy stimulates muscle contractions at a frequency far greater than voluntary movement, helping the body re-engage underused muscles while supporting circulation and joint health.
Many people experience limited mobility due to prolonged sitting, repetitive movement, training stress, or past injuries. Assisted stretch therapy helps restore natural movement patterns while reducing compensation and strain.
How it works
Three visits in, it stops being a thing you psych yourself up for and starts being a thing you just do.
01
Fifty dollars, no membership, no commitment. Pick a time that fits around work.
02
Someone shows you the order to do things in, how long to stay, and how to breathe in the cold. First timers are the majority here.
03
Take the 14 day reset and find your rhythm. The people who get the most out of this are the ones who make it routine, not the ones who go hardest once.
Find your path
Freedom is for everyone. Recovery isn't a luxury. It's a requirement for long-term health. The room is the same. What you use in it depends on what you are training from, healing from, or optimizing. Our focus is helping your body heal, recover and perform better without relying solely on medication. Pick the one that sounds like you.

The people
You are not handed a key and left to work it out. Every session is set up by a person who knows the equipment, knows what you came in for, and is still there when you get out.

Try it right here
Press and hold. That is the whole skill. The cold gets loud around twenty seconds and then it goes quiet.
Let go early and nothing bad happens. You just start again.
That is the thing people find out on their first visit, and it is why they come back.

No. Most people who come in are not competing at anything. They sit at a desk, they sleep badly, their back hurts, and they want somewhere to reset that is not a doctor's office. Athletes are here too, but wellness is available for everyone.
Depends what you run. Most of our stacks take 1 to 1.5 hours. We are open until 7pm on weekdays and 5pm on Saturday, so come in and enjoy time for yourself.
The first ten seconds are loud. Then your breathing settles and it gets much easier. Most people stay in three to five minutes, and someone stands with you the first time and talks you through it. You can get out whenever you want. Nobody is timing you.
What members tell us, over and over: they sleep better, their joints ache less, and they feel less wrecked after training. We are not going to promise you a medical outcome. Come in once for $50 and see what your own body says.
Walk-ins are welcome. Booking is safer, especially for the hyperbaric chamber and assisted stretch, since those are one person at a time. Call (828) 478-1070, or leave your details in the form below and we will find you a slot.
