For athletes

Train hard.
Turn around faster.

Cold plunge gets the headlines, but the room is built to get you back to full output, not just survive the soreness. Here is exactly what each part does for you.

Contrast Therapy + Compression + Hyperbaric oxygen

Access Unlimited Recovery

01

The room between sessions

Recovery access is the whole room, not one machine picked for you. Most athletes start with contrast therapy, sauna to open circulation up, then straight into the cold plunge to shut it back down, before compression clears the legs and red light or PEMF hits whatever is barking loudest that week.

  • Contrast therapy. Heat from the infrared sauna opens circulation up, then three to five minutes in the cold plunge. Back and forth does more for circulation and vascular response than either one alone, and cuts swelling before it turns into soreness.
  • Compression boots. Twenty to thirty minutes of rhythmic pressure for post-workout recovery. Heavy legs go home light. Run it after any hard session.
  • Red light. Fifteen to twenty minutes for recovery and cellular energy, on skin, joints and whatever is sore.
  • PEMF. Twenty minutes on the mat. Cellular communication and circulation, reaching deeper than a massage gun for whatever one spot needs more than heat or cold.
  • Vibe-X. Ten to fifteen minutes for muscle activation and circulation, after a long drive or a long day on your feet.

02

More oxygen where it is still repairing

Rest under pressure so your blood carries more oxygen to the tissue that is still rebuilding. An hour after a heavy training block, and the muscle you tore down gets what it needs to come back stronger, not just less sore.

  • Sixty or ninety minutes, fully clothed, no needles. Sixty is the usual first visit.
  • Soft shell chamber, sitting up or lying down, whichever you prefer.
  • Member rate $50. Non-member rate $175.

Range of motion you cannot get alone

Guided work on the ranges you never reach by yourself, with someone else doing the pushing. For athletes that usually means hips, hamstrings and shoulders opened up past what static stretching alone gets you, so the next session starts from further along.

Your first session is the Initial Stretch, a required assessment before regular sessions. Book that one first, then drop-in and member pricing open up.
Initial Stretch $100 See Assisted Stretch pricing
