For biohackers

Track less.
Optimize more.

You already track your sleep and your heart rate. This is the room that adds three more numbers worth chasing, oxygen, light, and pulsed fields, dialed in and repeatable every time.

Hyperbaric oxygen + Red light + PEMF

Access Unlimited Recovery

01

Inputs worth logging

Recovery access is the room built for whoever wants the inputs, not just the feeling. Red light and PEMF are the two easiest to run on repeat, dialed to the same dose every session, alongside compression and the sauna for whatever else the week calls for.

  • Red light. Fifteen to twenty minutes, same panel, same distance. Cellular energy and recovery support, and the dose is yours to hold constant.
  • PEMF. Twenty minutes on the mat. Cellular communication and signaling, plus circulation, run it on the same spot every session.
  • Compression boots. Twenty to thirty minutes of rhythmic pressure. Circulation support you can feel and repeat, same cycle every time.
  • Infrared sauna. Twenty to forty five minutes of heat you can dose. Circulation and stress response, and it opens things up before anything else.
  • Cold plunge. Three to five minutes, timeable to the second. Circulation and vascular response, energy and alertness, and it runs straight off the sauna if you want the contrast.
  • Vibe-X. Ten to fifteen minutes for muscle activation and circulation, one more repeatable input in the stack.
Drop-in from $50, or unlimited on membership See Recovery pricing

02

The one you cannot do at home

Most of a good stack fits in a spare bedroom eventually. This one does not. Rest under pressure so your blood carries more oxygen than it can at sea level, twenty minutes, same protocol every session.

  • Sixty or ninety minutes, fully clothed, no needles. Sixty is the usual first visit.
  • Soft shell chamber, sitting up or lying down, whichever you prefer.
  • Member rate $50. Non-member rate $175.

The variable most stacks skip

Mobility is the input people track least and lose fastest. Guided work on the ranges you never reach by yourself, with someone else doing the pushing, and a starting assessment that gives you an actual baseline to measure against.

Your first session is the Initial Stretch, a required assessment before regular sessions. Book that one first, then drop-in and member pricing open up.
Initial Stretch $100 See Assisted Stretch pricing

Ready to run the protocol.

First session is $50 and includes a walk through the whole room, so you know what to run and when.
