For busy moms

Not much time.
Make it count.

Not much time in the day, and what you have should not be wasted. Here is exactly what each part of the room does, and how quickly you can be back out the door.

Infrared sauna + Red light + Vibe-X

Access Unlimited Recovery

01

Heat, light, and out the door

Recovery access is the whole room, and you get to use as much or as little of it as the day allows. Heat in the infrared sauna, a few minutes under red light, and the Vibe-X to wake everything back up, all of it short enough to fit before the next thing on your list.

  • Infrared sauna. Twenty to forty five minutes of warm and quiet. It is the stress relief one, and it gets circulation moving while nobody needs anything from you.
  • Cold plunge. Three to five minutes and you are out. Energy and alertness waiting on the other side of it, and staff walk you through the first one.
  • Red light. Fifteen minutes standing in it supports skin and recovery both. No getting changed, no cleanup afterward.
  • Vibe-X. Ten minutes for muscle activation and circulation, the fastest thing in the building when you are already watching the clock.
  • Compression boots. Twenty minutes sitting still while rhythmic pressure works up your legs, for leg comfort after a day on your feet.
  • PEMF. Twenty minutes lying on the mat. Relaxation and recovery, for the spot that has been bothering you for months.

An hour that is yours

Rest under pressure so your blood carries more oxygen than it does at sea level. An hour, fully clothed, phone off, and nobody can reach you. For most people that second part is worth as much as the first.

  • Sixty or ninety minutes, fully clothed, no needles. Sixty is the usual first visit.
  • Soft shell chamber, sitting up or lying down, whichever you prefer.
  • Member rate $50. Non-member rate $175.

Someone else does the work

Guided work on the ranges you never reach by yourself, usually hips, back and shoulders, from carrying kids and everything else. You lie there, someone else does the pushing, and you leave moving better than you came in.

Your first session is the Initial Stretch, a required assessment before regular sessions. Book that one first, then drop-in and member pricing open up.
Initial Stretch $100 See Assisted Stretch pricing

Ready to take the time.

First session is $50 and includes a walk through the whole room, so you know what to run and when.
