For high performers

Fifteen minutes.
Back to sharp.

Back to back meetings and no time to waste. Here is exactly what each part of the room does, and how little of your day it actually takes.

Fifteen minutes, whole day different

Recovery access is the whole room, and the fastest way through it is contrast therapy. Sauna to open circulation up, straight into the cold plunge to shut it back down, and the mental reset lands harder than any amount of coffee. Compression finishes the job while you answer email.

  • Contrast therapy. Twenty minutes of sauna, then three to five in the cold plunge. Circulation, alertness and the mental resilience side of it, and your head is clear in a way that lasts through the afternoon.
  • Compression boots. Twenty to thirty minutes of rhythmic pressure for leg comfort after a long day. Sit down, keep working, nothing on your calendar has to move.
  • Red light. Fifteen minutes for recovery and cellular energy. No setup, no recovery time afterward.
  • PEMF. Twenty minutes on the mat for relaxation and recovery, for the one spot a desk gives you, usually the lower back or a shoulder.
  • Vibe-X. Ten minutes for muscle activation and circulation, after a long flight or a day in a chair.

An hour flat on your back

Rest under pressure so your blood carries more oxygen than it does at sea level. An hour with your phone off is the point as much as the oxygen is, and it is the only thing in the building that asks you to stop entirely.

  • Sixty or ninety minutes, fully clothed, no needles. Sixty is the usual first visit.
  • Soft shell chamber, sitting up or lying down, whichever you prefer.
  • Member rate $50. Non-member rate $175.

Undoing what the chair does

Hips that have been folded at ninety degrees since breakfast, and shoulders that live in front of a keyboard. Guided work on the ranges you never reach by yourself, with someone else doing the pushing, so you are not carrying the desk home with you.

Your first session is the Initial Stretch, a required assessment before regular sessions. Book that one first, then drop-in and member pricing open up.

Ready to think clearly again.

First session is $50 and includes a walk through the whole room, so you know what to run and when.
