For active aging
Stay strong.
Stay independent.
Independence is not one thing you protect, it is circulation, joints and range of motion working together. Here is exactly what each part of the room does for you.
Infrared sauna + Red light + Compression
Access Unlimited Recovery01
Circulation and joints, worked gently
Recovery access is built around what keeps a body moving well for years, not the intensity that today's soreness needs. Most people start with the infrared sauna to open circulation up, red light on the joints that complain first, and compression to send blood back through legs that have been on their feet all day.
- Infrared sauna. Twenty to forty five minutes of gentle heat for circulation and muscle comfort, without the shock of a hot yoga room.
- Cold plunge. Three to five minutes, and you decide how long you stay in. Circulation and alertness, and most people work up to it over a few visits rather than starting there.
- Compression boots. Twenty to thirty minutes of rhythmic pressure up the legs, for leg comfort and circulation after a long day standing.
- Red light. Fifteen to twenty minutes for skin wellness and cellular energy, reaching joints and skin that get stiffer every year.
- PEMF. Twenty minutes lying on the mat for circulation and recovery, for the ache that settles into one spot and does not move on its own.
- Vibe-X. Ten to fifteen minutes for balance and stability, muscle activation and circulation. The one on this list aimed squarely at staying steady on your feet.

More oxygen, more good years
Rest under pressure so your blood carries more oxygen to tissue that heals slower than it used to. An hour, a few times a month, and the body that keeps you independent gets a real assist, not just a feeling of relaxation.
- Sixty or ninety minutes, fully clothed, no needles. Sixty is the usual first visit.
- Soft shell chamber, sitting up or lying down, whichever you prefer.
- Member rate $50. Non-member rate $175.

Range of motion you cannot get alone
Guided work on the ranges that get smaller every year if nobody pushes on them, hips, shoulders, hamstrings, opened up further than static stretching alone gets you. The goal is not a personal record, it is still being able to get down on the floor and back up without thinking about it.
Ready to stay independent.
First session is $50 and includes a walk through the whole room, so you know what to run and when.
