Using this website

This site describes Freedom Longevity & Wellness, what is in the studio, and what it costs. You are welcome to read it, share it, and get in touch. Please do not copy its text, photographs or branding for your own use.

This is not medical advice

Nothing on this website is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. We are a recovery and wellness studio, not a clinic, and nobody here is treating you as a patient.

We describe what members tell us they experience. We do not promise a medical outcome, and you should not read anything here as a claim to prevent, treat or cure any condition.

If you have a health condition, are pregnant, are recovering from surgery or an injury, or are unsure whether something here suits you, speak to a doctor before you use it. That applies particularly to the cold plunge, the infrared sauna and the hyperbaric chamber.

Prices and what is on offer

We keep the prices on this site current, but they can change, and mistakes are possible. The price you are quoted when you book is the price that applies. Equipment can also be out of service occasionally for maintenance.

Booking and membership

Booking a session or joining as a member is a separate agreement. It happens on our booking platform and is covered by the terms you agree to there, including anything about cancellations, refunds and how a membership ends. This page does not replace those terms.

The enquiry form

Sending the form starts a conversation. It does not book a session and does not hold a slot for you. We will get back to you to arrange the actual visit.

Where we link somewhere else, we are not responsible for what is on the other end.

Liability

We provide this website as it is. We do not guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. Using the studio itself carries its own terms, which you agree to when you book.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
