For injury and rehab
Heal right.
Come back stronger.
Coming back from surgery or an injury takes more than rest. Here is exactly what each part of the room does for the tissue underneath and the range of motion you are working to get back.
Hyperbaric oxygen + PEMF + Stretch therapy

Support for tissue that is still repairing
Recovery access here leans on the parts of the room built for tissue that is still healing, not on pushing hard. PEMF reaches deeper than a massage gun for whatever the surgery site or old injury still needs, red light supports skin and joints, and compression keeps blood moving through limbs that have not been doing much lately.
- PEMF. Twenty minutes on the mat. Cellular communication and circulation support, reaching past what a massage gun or a foam roller gets to.
- Red light. Fifteen to twenty minutes for cellular energy and recovery support, on skin, joints and the area around an old injury.
- Compression boots. Twenty to thirty minutes of rhythmic pressure for circulation, keeping blood moving through limbs that have not been doing much lately.
- Infrared sauna. Twenty to forty five minutes of gentle heat for circulation and muscle comfort, without straining anything.
- Cold plunge. Three to five minutes for circulation and vascular response, on the swelling and soreness around what you are working back from. Worth clearing with whoever is managing your recovery first.
- Vibe-X. Ten to fifteen minutes for movement and mobility, and muscle activation on the days you cannot do much else.
02
Oxygen to the tissue underneath
This is the part of the room built specifically for healing tissue. Rest under pressure so your blood carries more oxygen to whatever is still rebuilding after surgery or an injury, twenty minutes at a time.
- Sixty or ninety minutes, fully clothed, no needles. Sixty is the usual first visit.
- Soft shell chamber, sitting up or lying down, whichever you prefer.
- Member rate $50. Non-member rate $175.

Getting your range of motion back
Guided work on the range of motion that surgery or an injury took away, with someone else doing the pushing so you do not have to guess how far is safe. This is usually where people spend the most time on the way back to normal.
Ready to get back to normal.
First session is $50 and includes a walk through the whole room, so you know what to run and when.
