Freedom Longevity and Wellness

Come up different.

Infrared sauna, cold plunge, hyperbaric oxygen, red light. Terrell, North Carolina.

Hot then cold

Two temperatures.
One system.

Heat opens you up. Cold shuts you down and wakes you back up. Doing both in the same hour is the whole point, and it is why one session feels different from an hour in a hot tub.

Everything in the building is built around that swing, and around getting you back in next week.

Heat

Sauna · Red light · Oxygen

Cold

Plunge · Compression · PEMF

What's inside

Eight ways to
put yourself back together.

Use one. Use all of them. Your membership covers the room, not a single machine.

Infrared Sauna

Deep, dry heat that works you from the inside instead of just cooking the air around you.

Cold Plunge

The hard part, and the one people end up loving. Short, cold, and over before you talk yourself out of it.

Hyperbaric Oxygen

Rest under pressure so your blood carries more oxygen to the places that are still repairing.

Red Light Therapy

Stand in the light for a few minutes. Skin, joints and sore spots take it from there.

PEMF Therapy

Pulsed fields that reach deeper than a massage gun and ask your cells to reset.

Compression Boots

Sit back while your legs get squeezed from the ankle up. Heavy legs go home light.

Vibration Therapy

A few minutes on the Vibe-X to wake up everything that has been sitting still all day.

Stretch Therapy

Guided work on the ranges you never get to on your own, with someone else doing the pushing.

How it works

Nobody gets
left to figure
it out.

Three visits in, it stops being a thing you psych yourself up for and starts being a thing you just do.

  1. 01

    Book your first session

Fifty dollars, no membership, no commitment. Pick a time that fits around work.

  2. 02

    We walk you through it

Someone shows you the order to do things in, how long to stay, and how to breathe in the cold. First timers are the majority here.

  3. 03

    Come back on a schedule

Take the 14 day reset and find your rhythm. The people who get the most out of this are the ones who make it routine, not the ones who go hardest once.

Find your path

Who is this for?

The room is the same. What you use in it depends on what you are training for, healing from, optimizing, or just trying to keep up with. Pick the one that sounds like you.

The people

Someone is always in the room with you.

You are not handed a key and left to work it out. Every session is set up by a person who knows the equipment, knows what you came in for, and is still there when you get out.

Try it right here

Ninety seconds
is not that long.

Press and hold. That is the whole skill. The cold gets loud around twenty seconds and then it goes quiet.

Let go early and nothing bad happens. You just start again.

That is the thing people find out on their first visit, and it is why they come back.

Straight answers

The things people
ask at the door.

Is this only for athletes?

No. Most people who come in are not competing at anything. They sit at a desk, they sleep badly, their back hurts, and they want somewhere to reset that is not a doctor's office. Athletes are here too, but wellness is available for everyone.

How much time does this actually take?

Depends what you run. Most of our stacks take 1 to 1.5 hours. We are open until 7pm on weekdays and 5pm on Saturday, so come in and enjoy time for yourself.

I have never done a cold plunge. Is it awful?

The first ten seconds are loud. Then your breathing settles and it gets much easier. Most people stay in three to five minutes, and someone stands with you the first time and talks you through it. You can get out whenever you want. Nobody is timing you.

Does any of this actually do anything?

What members tell us, over and over: they sleep better, their joints ache less, and they feel less wrecked after training. We are not going to promise you a medical outcome. Come in once for $50 and see what your own body says.

Do I need to book, or can I walk in?

Booking is safer, especially for the hyperbaric chamber and assisted stretch, since those are one person at a time. Call (828) 478-1070, or leave your details in the form below and we will find you a slot.
